As of 1998, 19 states require the posting of alcohol health warning signs where alcoholic beverages are sold.
When a person consumes ten to twelve drinks, they become disoriented, confused, and dizzy; their vision is disturbed or significantly impacted; they will experience a general inertia, near total loss of motor functions, an inability to stand and walk, vomiting and possibly incontinence.
When a person drinks six to seven alcoholic drinks, vomiting can occur, except in the case of the person that has developed a tolerance to alcohol; the person may get drowsy and could display emotional instability, and impairment of perception, memory, and comprehension.
In severe cases of alcoholism, withdrawal symptoms can include hallucination, seizures, fever and agitation; these symptoms can be extremely dangerous, and in some cases deadly.
